Alex came by the new server earlier today to inform us that he was opening #boxwhores on irc.deviantart.net back up. So with this opening of the old channel back up, the real question is, where should we go? Personally I think Alex would have to have a pretty good case as to why we should give up our own server just so that he’ll join us again. I’d really like for Alex to come and be a boxwhore again with the rest of us. But right now it remains fairly clear that he feels the only way for anyone to be a boxwhore is to be in his channel. Sadly to say this is not true at all. All of us who have moved to the new server are boxwhores, it is the group that defines boxwhores, not the individual. Now, when I was talking to Alex he said he owed everyone an explination as to why he closed down the channel. If he feels he needs to give us one, then by all means, post a comment here for all to see. But I don’t see why we should move back to his channel just for him to tell us something. But in the end, it is not my decission as to wheather we move or not, it is an individual choice. But I personally believe we are much better off where we are now. And I believe we would be even better of if Alex would join us again instead of trying to break us up. We are boxwhores with or without you Alex, but our little group is more complete with you.
